Guardian Media writes about following Portugal example re Liberalising Drugs Please who the hell is Portugal ? a mixed up confused & sick head!

Portugal by liberalising was opening up to themselevs the trade
through Brazil of
'China White' & the rest! for the last 15 years plus Brazil has quietly taken over the Colombian 'Rug' role as an entry & operation route- why so many Brazilians can enter & exit_ and the many many new money transfer centres that have opended in the last 13 years ! Labour should be proud that these last 13 yeras the Trade has boomed !
so now with our new tycoons looking to exploit Afghanistan / poppies and the rest ,etc
we must liberalise ! we must open markets
